I need 3 to 5 business days to prepare and dispatch an order.
Nobody likes waiting a long time for a product to arrive, that's why I offer priority FedEx and GLS service which takes:
∘ 4 - 5 business days to the United States, Canada and Australia
∘ 2 - 5 business days to the EU
∘ 3 - 6 business days to rest of the world

ART WORKS
All of my art works are over hundred years old and they have their "age related" imperfections which I often decide to leave as they are as I believe it's their great charm but please be aware that the images are not as perfect as modern digitally created images.
FIRST STEP AFTER RECEIVING A PURCHASE
Once you receive the package, make sure that the material is free of flaws.
If your order is damaged or defective, send me a message with a picture of the issue (and a picture of the package, if the damage was done while delivery), then I will send a replacement free of charge.
Please, bear in mind that after installation, so once the product is used, I am unable to deal with any complaints.
